Where to stay...Portugal in July?

Question

Where's best to stay in Portugal? Me and five friends are looking to stay for 3 nights early July.
I've done some research, but am finding in hard narrowing down. Porto sounds good, so does Algarve. We're looking for somewhere near the beach, scenic views, where we can chill and party! Oh, and not too expensive.. any ideas?

I believe the whole portugal is great.. well, i've been just to Lisbon.. and i can tell that the beaches in "Oeiras" are so nice and you can stay in youth hostel almost downtown called "Black and white"

for night life go to Baixa.. and don't forget to eat Pasties de Belem ;)

Albufeira would suit you....In the Algarve has a great night life....not so much senaic, but it is close to everything! and am sure can organise a day trip to the monchique also you could go to lisbon for the day.....i did that last year it was great!

definately Albufeira lots of bars and beaches and good nightlife and to get there use these guys.

Come here to Venezuela...beaches,. food, discos (salsa and merengue), sexy men and hot girls because the weather!!!...i bet you and your friend will have inforgetable holidays!!..
